The Purposes of Science park. To stimulate the innovation activity at the University. To increase the welfare of university and its scientific employees by means of effective and rational use of its scientific and personnel potential. To create favourable starting conditions for the scientists, the students and graduates, who plan to open own spin -off companies. To create the favourable conditions for the already existing small and average innovation companies, and also for the start -up companies, interested in the cooperation with university by target of the use of its scientific potential. The work of science park is constructed in such a way that the scientists could be occupied by business, without leaving scientific and teaching activity at the university. It allows to solve the problem outflow of the scientific staff , which sharply stands in our country for today. Science park is ready to help to solve the problems of intellectual property connected with the use of developments, created by scientist-owners together with the department or laboratory at the university, with most adequate way.
